IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, PIZZA LUCE'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PIZZA LUCE DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).
